No account or login is required for the public tools. Theme preferences and optional checklists or shopping lists are stored locally in your browser using localStorage; they are not synced to an Obsidian Overseer account.

Discord bot and dashboard

The Discord bot and authenticated dashboard collect and process Discord identifiers, including user, server, and channel IDs, where needed to provide commands, permissions, configuration, moderation, and support features, as described in the legal policy.
